  • 1. Is this product a 'One Size Fits All'? Will it fit me?

Speed Core is a "one size fits almost everyone". If you measure around your hips, where you should wear your Speed Core, it will fit as small as 26 inches around and as large as 44 inches around.

  • 2. Can this product be used anywhere?

Yes, pretty much! Speed Core can be used indoors with just about any door, and anywhere outdoor that has strong enough support to hook onto, like a golf cart for instance.

  • 3. Can this be used to replace a gym workout?

While Speed Core offers core and hip strength training, we recommend pairing our product with other daily activities and exercise to get the most out of your training.

  • 4. Can the same unit be used for left-handed and right-handed golfers?

Yes, Speed Core works for both right handed and left handed golfers and is intended to be used in both directions for all golfers.

  • 5. Does this product put additional stress on joints? Will it hurt my back?

As with all exercise, we recommend you consult your physician before beginning. Speed Core seems to actually help many golfers and their core, hips, and back, not only with added range of motion and speed but also strength. Professional Golfer Gary McCord has found he's able to play MORE golf with less pain. His endurance has improved so much in just a few months that he can now play as many holes as he likes and can hit balls now for hours at 77 years old.

  • 6. What was the recommended protocol followed in the clinical trial?

Its 3-5 sets of 20 reps with the Speed Core on each hip. We recommend 15-30 minutes 3-4 times per week for 6 months. Most gain in swing speed occurs in the first 60 days.

  • Why should I use the Speed Core?

Hip strength is an essential component of the golf swing, as well as other sports including baseball and

tennis.  One of the striking differences between professional golfers and everyday amateurs is the

strength and speed of hip rotation.  Amateurs are frequently told to ‘fire their hips’ and to make sure to

‘clear the hips’ but this is much easier said than done.  Hip rotation involves muscles (glutes, adductor

longus, brevus, and magnus, and the pectineus) which are very difficult to isolate and strengthen. The Speed Core was designed for this exact reason.
