Speed Core has helped me lengthen my yards.

I've worked my way through the resistance bands and have found an increase in my swing speed and an increase in my flexibility. What I have been doing lately is with the resistance band on the lead side going is to go into my backswing pausing for a brief moment and then trying to fire my hips through the swing motion as fast as possible using the resistance band to help accelerate my hip motion. Lot's of fun.
