As we age, our hips weaken and golfers tend to experience a decrease in their swing speed, resulting in loss of not only distance, but also accuracy.
My partner and I experienced this ourselves. We visited many stores and searched tirelessly online for a device that strengthened hips but could not find anything on the market.
